Accessories & consumables — 30-day returns

Filters, ozone cartridges, water-treatment kits, cedar care oil, recovery accessories, and other stocked items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email service@norplunge.com with your order number. We'll send a pre-paid return label. Refund processed within 5 business days of the item reaching our warehouse.

Made-to-order units — cancellation window

Ice baths, cold plunges, saunas, cryotherapy chambers, and hyperbaric chambers are built specifically for your order. Materials are reserved when production starts.

  • Before production starts (typically the first 3 days from order) — cancel for a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • After production starts — the order becomes non-refundable except for warranty-covered defects. Your NÖR Specialist confirms the production-start date in writing when you order.

What about defects?

Defects in materials or workmanship are covered by warranty, not returns. If something arrives broken, fails on first-use, or develops a fault within the warranty period, we repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. See the página Garantía for the full coverage table and claim process.

What about freight damage?

Photograph the crate before the freight partner leaves, and the unit on unboxing. Email the photos to service@norplunge.com within 48 hours of delivery. Freight damage is covered by our shipping insurance — we coordinate the claim and ship a replacement at no cost.

What about buyer's remorse?

We are honest about this: NÖR units are custom-built. Returning a custom build for any reason other than defect would mean discounting and reselling a unit that wasn't ordered, which isn't fair to the next customer or sustainable for us. That's why the cancellation window matters — use it.

Refund timing

Cancellations within the production-start window are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. Stripe typically posts the refund to your account 3–5 business days after that.
