How do I pay for a NÖR product?

Pay in full at checkout. Stripe handles the payment — Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major cards are all available, with options varying by region. Wholesale and dealer orders run on a 50% deposit / 50% before shipping schedule — see the Wholesale page.

Can I cancel after placing my order?

Yes, before production starts (typically within the first 3 days from order). Once your unit enters the production queue, the order becomes non-refundable except for warranty-covered defects. Your NÖR Specialist will confirm the production-start date when you order.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes. Full refund if you cancel before production starts (typically within the first 3 days from order). After that, payment is non-refundable except for warranty-covered defects, because materials have been reserved for your build.

Which currency will I be charged in?

The currency of your region — USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, SGD, AED. NÖR has a registered sales entity in each market, so your invoice and receipt come from the local entity.

Delivery & install

How long until my unit arrives?

30–40 days for ice baths, cold plunges, and chillers. 60–70 days for saunas, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric chambers. We send mid-production photo updates so you can see where your unit is in the build.

Who installs my unit?

You do — or your local installer / electrician. NÖR builds and ships; we do not run an install fleet. We provide install documentation, an electrical guide, and remote support throughout. Most ice baths and cold plunges are plug-and-play once positioned. Saunas, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric chambers typically need a local electrician for hookup.

Can you review my floor plan before I order?

Yes. Email team@norplunge.com with your floor plan and electrical plan and we'll confirm clearance, electrical capacity, ventilation, and access for the model you're considering. No charge.

What's included in delivery?

Free tracked freight to your address, proactive scheduling, real-time tracking, and an unboxing + setup video kit shipped with every unit. Your NÖR Specialist is on the phone during your install day for any question.

Warranty & service

What's covered by the warranty?

Multi-tier coverage by component — typically 3 years on tub / frame / cabinet, 2 years on chiller / heating / electrical, and 1 year on wood finish and cosmetics. Full table on the Warranty page.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email team@norplunge.com with your serial number (it's on the QC dossier we sent you). Most issues resolve via phone or video diagnostic. If a part needs replacing, we ship it factory-direct — the part itself is free under warranty, you cover the shipping at cost. For hands-on work you hire a local general contractor or electrician; we guide them remotely with the install booklet and technical drawings.

What if my unit needs an on-site technician?

You hire a local general contractor, electrician, or qualified tradesperson — labor is contracted and paid directly between you and them. NÖR does not perform on-site work. We supply the install booklet, technical drawings, replacement parts, and remote video guidance so your tradesperson has everything they need.

Product & sizing

What's the difference between the ice baths and the cold plunges?

Ice baths are larger and built for 1–2 person use with optional chiller integration (Haven, Arctic Ice Bath, Nordic Barrel). Cold plunges are sized for a single adult (The Cold Plunge, Polar Tub). All use 316L marine-grade stainless interiors.

Do I need a separate chiller?

The Haven Ice Bath ships with an integrated Ultra Max chiller. The Cold Plunge, Polar Tub, Arctic Ice Bath, and Nordic Barrel are passive — add the Arctic Chiller separately to maintain a precise temperature 24/7, or use ice fill.

Are the saunas plumbed?

No. Our saunas are dry — no plumbing required. They need a 240V electrical connection (or 110V for the Nordic Sauna, which is a far-infrared model) and adequate ventilation.

Are the Aurora Chamber and Hyperbaric Chamber medical devices?

No. Both are recovery-grade equipment used by athletes, biohackers, and wellness centres. They are not marketed for clinical or medical use. Always consult a doctor if you have a health condition.

Certifications & regions

Which countries does NÖR ship to?

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia (via authorised distributor). Each unit ships with the certifications required for its destination market — UL/ETL, CE, UKCA, SAA/RCM, EMA Safety Mark, or ESMA.

Are the products certified for sale in my country?

Yes, in every country we ship to. Every NÖR unit carries the electrical certification mark required for legal sale and warranty service in its destination market. The cert mark for your region is listed on each product page.

Where are NÖR products made?

Designed in Norway and built at our own production facility — a decade of certified output for US, UK, EU, and AU markets. We design every unit, run QA in-house, and sign off on each one before it ships. NÖR is the manufacturer, not a reseller or distributor.
