Two product categories, two timelines. Both are what we commit to in writing on every order — not aspirations.

  • 30–40 days — ice baths, cold plunges, and chillers (Haven, The Cold Plunge, Polar Tub, Arctic Ice Bath, Nordic Barrel, Arctic Chiller).
  • 60–70 days — saunas, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric chambers (Nordic Sauna, Valhalla Barrel, Odin's Hall, Aurora Chamber, Hyperbaric Chamber).

What's not included

NÖR builds and ships. We do not do on-site install. The freight partner delivers to your address; install is arranged by you with a local installer or electrician. For most ice baths and cold plunges that's plug-and-play once positioned. Saunas, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric chambers typically need a local electrician for hookup. We provide install documentation, electrical diagrams, and remote support throughout.

NÖR has a registered sales entity in each market and ships factory-direct to your address.

  • United Kingdom — GBP, UKCA-marked product.
  • European Union — EUR, CE-marked product, ships to all EU member states.
  • Norway — NOK, our HQ market.
  • Australia & New Zealand — AUD/NZD, SAA/RCM-marked product.
  • Singapore — SGD, EMA-marked product.
  • United Arab Emirates — AED, ESMA-marked product.
  • Saudi Arabia — via authorised distributor.

Customs & duties

NÖR ships from our production facility directly to your country's NÖR entity, which handles customs clearance in your name. Duties and VAT/GST/sales tax appropriate to your region are calculated at checkout and remitted by us — you do not pay duties at delivery.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Your Specialist confirms a delivery window with you 24–48 hours in advance. The freight partner will reschedule once at no charge if needed. After two missed deliveries, a re-delivery fee from the freight partner may apply.

What if my unit arrives damaged?

Photograph the crate before the freight partner leaves, and the unit on unboxing. E-Mail the photos to service@norplunge.com within 48 hours of delivery. Freight damage is covered by our shipping insurance — we coordinate the claim and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
