How a wholesale order works.
These are the same manufacturer terms used across the wellness-equipment industry. No surprises, no renegotiation per order.
50% deposit · 50% before shipping
50% deposit secures your slot in the production queue. Balance is invoiced when the order is QC-passed, before it ships. Wire transfer or Stripe.
Wholesale pricing
Tiered by annual unit volume. First-order pricing is honoured for 90 days so you can stock without margin compression. Pricing schedule shared after application.
Minimum order quantity
MOQ scales by product category — typically 2 units for premium chambers, 3 units for plunges and saunas. Mixed orders accepted.
Lead time
30–40 days from cleared deposit for plunges, ice baths, and chillers. 60–70 days for saunas, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric. Mid-production photo updates on every order.
Forsendelse & Incoterms
FOB factory by default. EXW, CIF, or DDP available on request. Containerised shipping for orders of 4+ units. We handle export documentation and certificates of origin.
Compliance & documentation
Every unit ships with the certifications required for your destination market — UL/ETL, CE, UKCA, SAA/RCM, EMA, ESMA — plus declaration of conformity, electrical test reports, and material data sheets.
Warranty backing
NÖR covers warranty on units you sell. You handle the customer relationship; we ship parts and pay covered labour invoiced by your customer's installer.
Marketing assets
Full access to NÖR product photography, technical drawings, install documentation, video, and spec PDFs for reseller use under the NÖR Wholesale Brand Guidelines.
Spare parts & consumables
Wholesale pricing on filters, ozone cartridges, replacement parts, and major assemblies. Subscription stocking available so you can offer same-week parts to your customers.
How dealers finance the order
We don't extend Net 30 or in-house credit — funds are committed to your build the moment your deposit clears. Most dealers float the order on a business credit card, use an equipment-finance lender in their market (the lender pays us, you pay them), open a Letter of Credit on international shipments, or collect customer deposits ahead of placing the order.

We send you the wholesale price list and a Proforma Invoice for your first order. Sign and return; pay 50% deposit by wire or Stripe.
PI locks pricing for 30 days.
Production
Order enters the production queue on cleared deposit. Mid-production photo update at the midpoint, full QC dossier before shipping.
30–40 days for plunges, 60–70 for saunas/chambers.
Balance & ship
QC-passed order is invoiced for the 50% balance. On payment, we ship per the agreed Incoterms with all export documentation.
Bill of lading + cert pack sent on dispatch.
