1. Who you're buying from

Your contract of sale is with the NÖR regional entity that invoices you. That entity is determined by the country you ship to. The regional entities are listed on the Contact page. References to "NÖR", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms mean the entity that invoices you.

2. Placing an order

Submitting an order on norplunge.com is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email — that's when the contract forms.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example: pricing errors, fraud indicators, sanctioned destinations). If we cancel before charging you, no payment is due. If we cancel after charging you, we refund in full within 5 business days.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include applicable taxes (VAT / GST / sales tax) and duties. الشحن is free unless explicitly noted on the product page. Pricing errors are governed by clause 2 above.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. Stripe processes the payment. NÖR never sees or stores your card number. (For wholesale and dealer orders, a 50% deposit / 50% balance schedule applies — see the صفحة الجملة.)

Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and other instalment options may be available depending on your region.

5. التسليم

التسليم timelines and what's included are set out on the الشحن page. We deliver to your address; install is your responsibility.

Title to the product passes to you on delivery to the address you specified. Risk of loss or damage in transit is with NÖR — see clause 9 below.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a made-to-order unit for a full refund up to the production-start date confirmed by your NÖR Specialist (typically the first 3 days from order). After that, the order is non-refundable except for warranty-covered defects. Full detail on the Returns page.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country (including UK consumer rights, EU consumer rights, Australian Consumer Law, etc.). Custom-built goods are typically exempt from distance-selling cooling-off periods in most jurisdictions; we still honour the cancellation window in clause 6.

8. Warranty

Each product carries the warranty terms set out on the صفحة الضمان. The warranty is in addition to any statutory rights, not in place of them. Warranty service is provided by the NÖR entity that sold you the product.

9. Damage in transit

If your unit arrives damaged, photograph it before the freight partner leaves and email service@norplunge.com within 48 hours. NÖR coordinates the freight-insurance claim and ships a replacement at no charge to you.

10. Limitation of liability

NÖR's total liability under these terms is limited to the price you paid for the product. NÖR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (loss of profit, loss of use, loss of data). Nothing in this clause limits NÖR's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

The NÖR name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content are owned by NÖR or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or use any of it without our written permission, except as permitted by fair-use law in your jurisdiction.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events outside its reasonable control — natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, export restrictions, port strikes, etc. We will keep you informed if such an event affects your order, and refund in full if delivery becomes impossible.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the country of the NÖR entity that sold you the product. Disputes go to the courts of that country, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you a separate right.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the date you placed it; we keep an archive available on request.
